Baldwin PCB Design was set-up, in the UK, in 1991 to provide a printed circuit board layout service to the electronics industry worldwide. Mike Baldwin began working on printed circuit board design (PWB design) at P T Barclay & Partners (now MICE Technical Graphics) back in 1966. From 1970 onwards he worked for Eurotherm International as a senior PCB designer, laying out boards for use in the start-up products for companies such as Chessell Recorders, Turnbull Control Systems and Shackleton System Drives.
